Jeremy noticed an additional safety concern (brainstormed with his colleague/brother-family owned business) and resolved it cost effectively before leaving our home. When I went to use the faucet this morning I realized that we had no water flow at all. I assumed the pipes had frozen due to the negative temps we've been getting this past week. I was unable to locate the main valve to shut it off, or see if it had a crack. I called Knights Plumbing to see if they could assist or give me some advice. Kelley answered and stayed on the phone with me the entire time. He walking me through finding the main shut off and what to do for the future to help prevent this from happening again. After I located the pipe Kelley talked with me about trying to shut the valve off and or using space heaters or a hairdryer to hopefully thaw the pipe. I placed 2 space heaters on it and within minutes, we had running water again! I can't thank Kelley enough for his patience and kindness while helping me with this. I would HIGHLY recommend Knights Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Super professional, very reasonable, and the person who did the work (Jeremy) was quick, neat, very considerate of our space, and patient with our chatty 4 year old and curious cat! Friendly, great service, awesome timing. Had called in the morning because i had a bad leak coming from a valve on a pipe. He came by for an emergency stop with a couple hours had it fixed quick and very informative on what hes doing. Highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing needs.

They did awesome work. Jeremy made sure it was all up to code. He took the time and took before and after pictures and showed them to me. Some was down in my basement and I couldn't quite get down there due to a back injury. But nothing is leaking so I'm happy.

In the near future, my 50 year old home will need new hot/cold water pipes throughout the entire house (a whole house repipe). I live in the Dallas area where there are not many plumbers familiar with repiping, specifically redirecting the new pipes into the attic in a one story house. Additionally, Dallas has its share of freezing weather. With all of this in mind I wanted to gather info from plumbers who are experienced in repiping in cold weather areas. My web search lead me to Knight Plumbing, who has experience in repiping AND many EXCELLENT reviews. So, I called to ask questions and gather info. Denise was SO helpful. She went out of her way to assist me even though I live in the Dallas area!! She gave me background info on materials used and the process. I am now in a position to ask the right questions when I contact local plumbers and make an informed decision. Thanks Denise for equipping me with invaluable knowledge of the repiping process!!! I recommend Knight Plumbing. I was in need of a cut and cap on some old dormant lines that surprised a contractor and could have forced them to stop work. Knight Plumbing was able to respond and had someone at my home within an hour of calling them. I was very happy with their speed, quality, and overall service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Knight Plumbing and their master plumber, Kelley Knight, for a repair on my Toto Neorest toilet. After struggling to find a Toto-approved plumber and having difficulty reaching Toto directly, I was relieved to discover Knight Plumbing.

From the moment I contacted them, the service was exceptional. They quickly connected me with Toto, and when Toto was unable to troubleshoot my issue, they promptly sent the necessary parts to Knight Plumbing. Remarkably, Kelley was at my home the same day the parts arrived, which I greatly appreciated.

I was surprised to learn just how complicated these toilets can be, but Kelley handled everything with professionalism and expertise. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to share valuable tips on how to care for the toilet—information that wasn't provided during the initial installation.

I am extremely satisfied with Knight Plumbing. It was a pleasure working with them. I had a leak in my shower plumbing and was concerned that it would have to be completely torn out. Knight found the leak and was able to repair without tearing out the shower. I know I can trust them and they will be the one I call for all plumbing needs.
